Methamphetamine Withdrawal and Detox

This article explains EXACTLY what it feels like coming down. Unfortunately, anyone who has had continued use of this drug will become addicted and will also have the joy of PAWS during recovery. In addition, for some, pleasure becomes something of the past. Things that once interested an individual no longer will. For some, even new possibilities for projects, hobbies and the like are nothing but one dimensional, flat ideas that will do nothing more than take away any energy reserves one might possibly have. This is not an easy journey for anyone and the more time spent enmeshed in this drug, the more difficult your recovery will be. May God be with you should you try.
This has decent info. I feel like even during the "addiction'" phase, you can have psychosis issues. Not only after withdrawal. There are a lot of things that go with the using and withdrawal of amphetamines especially as far as the mood swings go, its very true.

This is the best and most accurate detailing of what meth withdrawal is like! I wish I could hang this on my wall to remind myself and others what it's like. I'm currently in week 2, insomnia is in full force.

I wish more people could understand that a lot of us have a hard time quitting and the reason at least for me personally was the impending doom it feels like during every stage of withdrawal.
